Currently, the dash dao can pay out as little as 0.1 dash.
This proposal would enforce a minimum dao payout of 5 dash. The cost of submitting a proposal is to remain 1 dash. No other changes sought e.g. voting thresholds remain unchanged.
Outcome: All proposals seeking actual project funding meet this requirement. This proposal will likely spell the end of most, if not all, “decision proposals”.
It is hoped this proposal will bring an end to most “decision proposals” where the PO uses the dash dao to abuse governance. The outcome of decision proposals is rarely fair or enforceable i.e. the PO decides what results are acceptable (or not). Or, a PO may make changes to their product / service without ever asking for consent. Either way, this proposal still allows “decision proposals” while making it economically difficult to justify the outcome.
