I propose a large local social media ad campaign for a dash giveaway at a local open air market. This it's in central California, it will force the vendors to to accept the coin. This will affect 40,000+ consumers and 400+ vendors. I would like a budget of 8 Dash per month for 6 months. I fully expect this to go viral
