So this is your new record, congrats!
Well, it was really great weekend, fantastic emotions, awesome people. Blood, sweat and tears of happiness!
Yeap, Personal Best beaten!
Official time - 5:37:46 is more than 5 minutes better then last year (5:44:25). Satisfaction is greater, because swimming distance was around 500m longer than it should be (about 7 additional minutes).
The biking route was harder than last year because of quite strong front wind. After the biking part, I even thought for a moment, that it is impossible to beat the record. But, after quick calculations, it turned out that it is still possible, I just need to keep a constant running peace, about 6 min/km. Usually it's really easy, but after 2.5km swimming and 90km of biking with average speed around 32km/h into the wind, it was very painfull
Anyway I did my best and God did the rest
