Can't generate a change-address key. No keys in the internal keypool and can't generate any keys error.

Hi there, when I want to sent my coins I get error "Can't generate a change-address key. No keys in the internal keypool and can't generate any keys".
Last time I sent anything was past year and now want sell coins before new market crash probably happen.
Is there chance to get my coins or better forget about them?

I had read this old bitcointalk thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5294647.0 maybe it possible to use some old version of wallet?

I am unable to log in, still in degraded mode, but you might want to suggest to him `keypoolrefill 10000` Otherwise he will need to dump his wallet and re-import it into a new one.

Yes, be sure to encrypt it and store safely the backup of it and/or seed words.
