sendfrom needs substractfeefromamount implementation also the error reporting for rpc needs to be fixed, i got the actual error by running the command in dash-cli this is the transaction sendfrom created...

Transaction fee seems to be fixed to 0.01 DASH, thats $0.1531 CAD I tried changing it with the Choose... button, doesnt seem to affect the fee
