I agree, we think this feature is key for DASH to be massive in Venezuela. It is included in the budget in the DASH wallet system for Colibit, we can update the proposal to make it explicit.

@jimbursch I met her at Dash Conference in Caracas last October 21st. We didn't know much about DASH but @algodon.franelas talk about the DAO really got us interested. I believe she used Colibit to convert the funds to Bolivars for that event. In a way she is responsable for this proposal.
