I can corroborate the accounts stated by Sam Kirby. The last months have been a huge distraction for incubator and have made it hard to focus on its core mission and to serve the network, because of Rion's constant push that having his name on the proposal is not just fulfilling the PO role...
Voted yes as this will accelerate the transition to more accountability and unleash the potential of the incubator to serve the network more effectively.

So the question remains, why do you not need a money transmitter / money service bureau / banking licence when you control the users funds via API keys instead of the private keys? Seems like the same thing to me, in other words why pay blockcypher when you can just ran a node yourself ...
Again I'm supporting your proposal and want to help think through it, when blockcypher holds the keys to the usersu dash but you hold the API keys to move the dash from the blockcyoher wallet, aren't you still in effective control of the Dash? How is that different from you holding the dash...
Thanks for the response, the OOM Killer ate my dashd once in a year, I double the ram and swap as a response, it was during a tx spike, so it should probably be fine now.
In what scenario does your dashd crash because it was the vps hosts fault ? I'm assuming the vps host either has the network...
The web is full of opinions that when OOM killer eats your process it might have eaten other system processes as well and it's best to reboot the machine entirely. I see scripts being discussed here that simply call `./dashd` to restart the process. What is the consensus on whether that alone is...
The effort you go through for transparency is laudable, MNOs should take a keener look at other proposals that are funded in the millions that could easily shave off enough cost to fund e.g. this proposal here in its entirety.
Bitrefill seems to give 10% when paid in Dash, you can buy a...
Those some odd no votes might be meaningless, don't be discouraged.
Please include as many other countries and collaborators as possible. A strong latam presence is important, beautiful and synergistic, and please not at the expense of smaller countries, teams or less well known activists...
Lorenzo, you said above you are not holding users funds, so users are not depositing Dash into an address for which you control the private key? Then users would need a smartphone app or light server running somewhere else that can sign their own transactions and respond to the SMS API calls ?
Lorenzo
This proposal is what I've been waiting for, it is essential, thank you for executing it!
Here are a few points to consider, there was a text based wallet startup called 37 coins, it might be prudent to learn from their failure to not repeat the same mistakes, I can't post links here...
If there was a way to start a masternode without using the private key of the collateral, a 3rd party service could be used to monitor and restart the masternode without concern over the loss of funds. Also when on the go, one could upgrade and restart a masternode without having to bring the...
