Login problem

I have a problem to login to this forum from another PC.
After typing username and password, I type in the 2FA code and get redirected to to the sign-up form, which says that the username must be unique.

I've also suffered this. it had happened a few week ago when I logged from my wife's computer (Mac) but I forgot to report. Yesterday it happened again in android tablet. Both times I was able to log in after trying several times and testing different combinations of the options when login in ("remember me" when introducing user and password, and "don't ask for 2fa in this computer for 7 days"). I believe that the successful combination was the first one checked and the second one not checked, but I would not be on my life.

Had this too, was browser related in my case: IE worked, Chrome did not. Have not checked recently if it works now.

In my case the browser was always Chrome.
